Unit 4, the smallest residential shell, was commissioned by building developer Allesandro Crevelli (Fabbriche Ceramiche) as a show apartment, the client saw this as his part of the building he would retain.  
This unit was a challenging shape with 5 elevations, 3 of which had very large window openings.  The design exploits existing Victorian proportions, and cast iron beams, creating a distinctive character to the development.  
Double height and mezzanine spaces make the use of high ceilings and oversized Victorian windows, create dynamic living spaces, and pushing the cellular accommodation into the depth of the footprint.
