Squire and Partners developed this property in 1999, to convert it into a private members bar and club. Nearly ten years later due to economic forces they decided to re-develop the property into a Office / Studio at ground floor with residential above. 
The residential comprised of one large top floor penhouse with a roof terrace and excelent views over south london.  2 x 1 bedroom flats to the former top floor.  And 1 x 2 bed flat with large terrace to the 1st floor.  
The property was pre let prior to completion with an estate agent letting the ground floor space and basement.
